Who is responsible?

TOURSUD, SARL, 29 rue Gaffarot, 34140 Mèze, France, is responsible for the personal information submitted to Bordeaux Bus Rental. Contact getaquote@coach-hire-france.com or write to the postal address above for privacy questions and rights requests.

Quotation requests

We collect the transportation type, locations, dates and times, passenger number, luggage requirements, programme, optional itinerary document, additional information, first and last names, optional company name, email and optional Phone / WhatsApp number. Fields marked * are required to prepare and respond to the request. We do not ask for payment information or passenger identity lists.

We use this information to assess your transportation requirements, prepare a quotation and communicate with you. For individuals requesting a quotation on their own behalf, the legal basis is steps taken at their request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For people contacting us on behalf of an organisation or another group, it is Toursud’s legitimate interest in responding to the business enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. No generic consent checkbox is required for this processing.

Only include information needed for the quotation. Please do not upload health data, identity documents or passenger lists. PDF, Word and Excel itineraries of up to 5 MB are supported.

Recipients and storage

Requests are intended for Toursud staff handling quotations. The quotation form does not store submissions or uploaded itineraries in the Site database or file storage. It processes the request in memory for email delivery.

The request is transmitted over HTTPS to Resend for delivery to getaquote@coach-hire-france.com. The customer’s email is used as Reply-To. An uploaded itinerary is included as an attachment rather than exposed through a public URL. The recipient’s mailbox provider also processes the message. Without the sending configuration, online submission reports that it is unavailable and invites you to email Toursud directly.

Toursud does not sell your personal information. Technical providers necessarily process data to host the website, deliver email and maintain security, and information may be disclosed where legally required.

Retention

The quotation form does not retain a separate copy of your submission or uploaded file in the Site.

Email correspondence is managed separately by Toursud for the time needed to prepare your quotation, handle follow-up and resolve the enquiry. If a contract is concluded, relevant records may be retained for the contract, applicable accounting obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. This website does not automatically delete correspondence from Toursud’s mailbox. Platform and email-provider technical records follow their own contractual retention arrangements.

Technical connections and security

Like other websites, hosting providers receive connection information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to serve and secure the site. The form application does not add this information to your quotation record. Access control and authentication are managed by ChatGPT Sites when the site is restricted. Toursud uses legitimate interests to maintain a reliable, secure website.

The existing typography loads Manrope and DM Sans through Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers and sends the connection information needed to retrieve the font files. This is distinct from the quotation form; no form data is sent to Google Fonts. Details: Google Fonts privacy information.

No analytics, advertising pixels, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or conversion-tracking script is installed in the website application. The thank-you page is available for future conversion tracking but currently contains no tracking tag. See the Cookie Policy for the distinction between application code and platform services.

Google Places reviews, when activated

The Home page integration is currently inactive until Google Places credentials are configured. Once enabled, the server requests Toursud’s public Google rating, review count and up to three reviews from Google Places. It does not send your quotation details or email to Google Places. Reviews retain author attribution, publication and visit dates where returned, and direct links to Google Maps. Review content is not copied into the quotation database or persistently cached by this application.

Reviewer avatars, when available, are loaded by your browser from their supplied source. Opening Google Maps links or loading these images causes a connection to Google. Public review display is based on the legitimate interest in presenting customer feedback about the service operator, with author/source attribution and limited display. Google processes data under its own Privacy Policy. The reviews feature is subject to the Google Maps terms.

International processing

Hosting, email and Google services may involve processing outside the EEA. Locations and safeguards depend on the provider contracts and account configuration; this Site has not been configured with a guaranteed France-only storage location. Toursud must ensure the applicable processor agreements and transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required. You may contact Toursud for information about the arrangements applicable to your request.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your information, and portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR. Contact Toursud using the details above; we may request proportionate information to verify your identity if needed.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your quotation request.
